Have an itty bitty preemie who isn't even home yet? Order this now! We have a lilypad version of this and it's worth it for the Boppy alone. In fact, I believe it should be marketed as a Boppy for preemies. The regular Boppy is still great for it's original purpose: breastfeeding/supporting your arm when you hold LO, however it will be a while before it can support LO's head. Mini-Boppy however...well, this just keeps on giving. We're still using it in our son's changing table station so he has a knook to settle into.
